How Zürich Sozial handles personal data on this website.
Controller

What we process
- Technical access data. When you open a page, the web server records the IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser identification. These logs are needed to operate the website securely.
- Messages. If you write to us by e-mail or through the contact form, we process your message and the contact details you provide in order to answer it.
- Shortlist. Foundations you save are stored only in your browser (local storage). They are not transmitted to us and are deleted when you clear your browser data.
What we do not do
This website uses no marketing or analytics cookies, no tracking pixels and no advertising profiles. The assistant evaluates your answers in the browser; nothing is stored on the server.
Purpose and legal basis
We process personal data to provide this website, to answer enquiries and to keep the service secure. This is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, on your consent.
Retention
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for operation and security. Enquiries are kept until they are answered and the statutory retention periods have expired.
Your rights
You may request information about the personal data we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

This notice may be updated when the website changes. The version published here applies.
